He was born in 1987 in Ulukışla, Niğde. He completed his primary education in Ulukışla and secondary education at Niğde Anatolian Fine Arts High School, where he started his first piano education.
He completed his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in the field of music theory and piano at Marmara University. He also took various lessons in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, İstanbul Technical University Center for Advanced Studies in Music, İstanbul Bilgi University, and Bahçeşehir University besides Marmara University.
In Master Program, he attended the Kodály Institute of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music and developed harmony teaching methodology, which later implemented in his Ph.D. dissertation, he has been provided evidence on the effectiveness of this methodology on undergraduate students. He applied this methodology in his lessons as a lecturer at Marmara University and İstanbul Technical University and he gave seminars about his methodology in various higher education institutions in domestic.
He is currently working as an academic member at the İstanbul Maltepe University Conservatory, as an instructor at the Arsu Fine Arts Academy and implemented this methodology which is in the process of converting it into a series of harmony books that will consist of several books. He is also musician, who has first award piano competition by YAMAHA Music Foundation of Europe in 2008, piano achievement award by YAMAHA firm in 2011, and released his jazz piano-rhodes album name of ACILI PİZZA (HOT PIZZA) in 2018 besides the academician.
